The current owner of Mashamba is Icemark Africa, distributor of produce. The shares are distributed among the following ones:
- Kristjan Erlingsson, Icelandic, resident in Uganda since 1997; 67,4%
- Atlandsís Ehf, Icelandic registered company; 12,6%
- James Kanyije, Ugandan, Operational Director; 10%
- Patrick J. O’Dwyer, Irish, Sales/Admin Director; 10%
