With high demand among Indian, Pakistani, African and Latin American communities in Europe, Mashamba’s chili peppers are one of the most popular products the company exports to the European market.

Even though chili peppers originated in the Americas, they are now grown around the world because they are widely used as spices or vegetables in cuisine and as medicine. They are often used in Chinese and Southeast Asian cooking. Even though chillies may be thought of as a vegetable, their culinary usage is generally as a spice.

It is believed that chillies treat a variety of health conditions including poor circulation and weak digestion.

Did you Know... What is the hottest chilli? According to the Guinness Book of Records it is the Red Savina pepper (a Habanyera cultivar).
