How Mashamba manages to get its products.
Mashamba has three farms of its own, in which it cultivates its fruits and vegetables, and offers advice and technical assistance to affiliated small farmers who form part of the company’s supply network. Mashamba’s investment in Uganda has offered stable employment to farmers in a sector where there income and employment are otherwise tenuous.
